By using EPub Echo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
1. What EPub Echo is
EPub Echo is an Android app for reading EPUB books, listening with read-aloud, and syncing reading progress. It is operated by Saransh Sinha. Features may change over time.
2. Your account
You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email contact@epubecho.qzz.io and we will help secure your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in a way that breaks any applicable law.
- Upload content that infringes the copyright or other rights of a third party.
- Upload malware, viruses, or content designed to harm other users or our infrastructure.
- Attempt to disrupt, abuse, or misuse the Service.
- Resell or rebrand the Service without our written permission.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the EPUB files you upload. You give us permission to store and sync your content so the app works as expected. We do not use your content for unrelated purposes.
5. Copyright
You must have the right to upload and store every book you add to your library. EPub Echo is a personal reading tool, not a distribution platform. If you believe your copyright is being infringed, email contact@epubecho.qzz.io with the details and we will review it.
6. Third-party services
EPub Echo uses trusted third-party providers for sign-in, hosting, and storage. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may have downtime for maintenance, updates, or provider outages.
8. Warranty disclaimer
To the extent allowed by law, EPub Echo is provided without warranties. You use it at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, EPub Echo and Saransh Sinha are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to use of the Service.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time. To request account or data deletion, email contact@epubecho.qzz.io from the address associated with your account. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.
11. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
